Get a roof, help the rescue!
With all the storm/hail damage many of the Atlanta area homes received back in March, QHI Roofing's Project manager Bob Bruce (www.qhiatlanta.com) has graciously offered to donate $100.00 from ANY job they do that is referred by Pit Prints. So, if any of you need to get your roof replaced, or know someone who does, PLEASE consider using this company; they will work with your insurance, and in most cases, can pay your deductible so you have no out of pocket expense. $100.00 can add up greatly if even 20 houses that were already going to get a new roof use this company.
Please be sure to spread the word, and if you're a realtor, maybe refer some of your clients to this company for roofing jobs! We need to get this circulating, since there are so many homes replacing their roofs, so that Pit Prints can benefit from the work that will be done anyway.
QHI Roofing will service ANY area, though they are based in Conyers. If anyone has any questions about this, please feel free to contact us and we'll be glad to answer anything we can, or put them in touch with Bob Bruce, (404)274-8447, the project manager at QHI.
If you contact Bob directly be sure to tell him that they were referred by Pit Prints Rescue/Amanda Conrad so we get the donation!
Pit Prints endlessly works on ways to improve reputations of the breeds we work with, and ways to raise money for costly veterinary expenses, housing/boarding, food, and other necessary care costs. We are planning on having a Pit Bull Parade and Picnic soon, as well as bake sales, garage sales, and car washes. If you and your Pit Bull would like to join us to help raise money for needy rescues, and to help restore the reputation of this breed, please contact us for more information- we will be in need of volunteers to help coordinate the events, wash cars, bake items for the bake sale, and help sell Pit Prints items, participants to walk in the parade with their Pit Bull(s), and items donated to raffle off and sell at the picnic/garage sales.
We are in the process of raising money for an indoor shelter specifically for the Bully Breeds, which will be a first of its kind. We are dreaming big....for a shelter which will allow us to house at least 300 needy Pit Bulls awaiting homes, though the more money we can raise and the more help we can get, the larger shelter we can build to save/house more Pit Bulls. The shelter will be equiped with indoor/outdoor runs, as well as an exercise area for the dogs to play daily, individually. This shelter will allow us to save more Pit Bulls than we are currently allowed to, and is a very important step for these breeds. If you, or your business, might have a way to help donate your services [services also permitted for a tax write off] to help with the construction [concrete, plumbing, tile, electric, fencing, etc.] of the building, please contact us directly for more information, or specifics.
