Please do not submit this form unless you (1) have no other options and absolutely must rehome your Bully, (2) are able/willing to continue to keep your dog until space is available (could be a matter of weeks or months), (3) cannot fill out the form entirely and accurately, (4) cannot provide proof of spay/neuter documentation and pictures via e-mail upon submitting this form. If incomplete forms are received, or if forms are received without pictures AND spay/neuter verification, your form will not be reviewed, resulting in your dog not being listed.
By submitting this form, you agree that all information provided is true, and you understand that you are not guaranteed a listing on our website; we reserve the right to refuse listing any dog, though we do our best to list every needy Bully as long as proper documentation, pictures, and accurate information is received (some exceptions will exist). Proof of spay/neuter and clear, web-worthy pictures are REQUIRED before your dog will be listed on the website; please do not submit this form if you cannot immediately e-mail is proof of spay and neuter and pictures- please wait until you can submit all of the information and documents/pictures together. Please offer as much information as possible; this information helps us determine if we can assist you in placing your Pit, and in locating the right placement for your Bully within the rescue.
